SUMMARY
Performs skilled maintenance duties including high tension spring replacement, high speed door repairs, conveyors, bailers, pallet sorting, wrap machines, overhead doors, warehouse machinery, generators, dock plates, warehouse racking and all related warehouse equipment. Maintains building repairs, concrete floors, parking lots, roofs and all related equipment. Requires extensive knowledge and experience in diagnosis and repair of logic circuits, plcs, DC motors, variable speed drives, hydraulics, pneumatics and welding. Repairs and maintenance of mechanical and electronic lift trucks, pallet jacks, mart carts and all other motorized power trucks and jacks, including material handling equipment in the warehouse. Performs and enforces all work with adherence to safety procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform skilled maintenance duties including hightension spring replacement, commercial and highspeed door repairs, and welding. Requires extensive knowledge and experience in the diagnosis and repair of logic circuits, PLC’s , AC and DC motors, variable speed drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, bailers, pallet sorting and repair systems, and wrapping machines. Perform preventative maintenance functions as assigned. Ability to install, repair, modify and move warehouse machinery and systems as assigned. Working knowledge of fire suppression systems, emergency programs, safety and backup systems, with ability to troubleshoot and maintain such equipment as diesel engine fire pumps and controls, sprinkler systems, generators, and other related systems. Perform warehouse rack installations and repairs, replacement and repair of dock plates, ballard and steelwork, and replacement of steel beams. Epoxy floor system repair and concrete work, including sourcing material. Sourcing and pricing identical, retrofit custom and modified parts and subassemblies for all types of equipment. Track warranty claiming – with extensive research and documentation for presentation and verification to vendors. Complete necessary paperwork related to equipment repaired/serviced. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a Valid Driver’s License. Must be 21 years of age. Must submit to DL Monitorin.g Satisfactory performance reviews. Strong mechanical background. Certification of experience with electric, acetylene, structural, pipe, tig and mig welding. Ability to work at extreme heights. Proven skills in PLC controls, electronic programming and troubleshooting.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Vocational school or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 with the Golub Corporation as Maintenance Mechanic I.

The disclosed compensation range for this position is applicable within the state the position resides. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
